What are my tasks and responsibilities? 1.Coordinate all administrative tasks (e.g. organize / schedule meetings and conferences, create and modify digital documents). 2.Team office and facilities maintenance and management 3.Other office support to the team leader 4.Preparation of the office documents including excel reports and powerpoint reports 5.Organize department activities as well as coordinate visitors What do I need to qualify for this job? - Good knowledge of Windows and office software (esp. word, excel, PowerPoint). - Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of tasks - Proficient in Spoken & Written English - Good Methods of organizing, cooperation - Proactive and self-driven and keen for helping people
