Job Description: 1 Responsible for training-related events, duties include booking of hotel and rooms, making lunch/dinner arrangements, etc. 2 Coordinate all administrative and logistical issue during whole support process of training, include assisting for materials preparation, coordinating trainer’s schedule, sending out invitation/cancellation not to participants, etc. 3 Keep good communication with participants and trainer, provide support during the training session if necessary. Education Background required: Bachelor degree or above. Master is preferred. Skill Required: 1 Be responsible and faithful, good organizational skills and interpersonal skills. 2 Strong English language is a must, better majored in English. 3 Quick learner, self-management, customer oriented with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
