                    职位职责：

                    
Job Duties:
1.Follows established ITSM and related support processes, works for services desk and provides daily IT support to users, both in office areas and on the shop floor
2.Maintain a high degree of knowledge of almost consulting offerings and services, and use the knowledge for working with team to design viable solutions, particularly for large and complex customer requirements
3.Installs personal computer hardware and software, and the technical problems identification and resolution.
4.Evaluates, analyses, tests and provides recommendations to new computer products including hardware, software and new technology.

Qualifications: 
1. BS, BA in CS, MIS; MA, MS in CS, MIS. 
2. Good Mandarin and English communication skill.
