Job Description:
Amazon Seller Service’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team is seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist Intern to help manage daily operational aspects supporting both our Merchant and Customer experience. FBA is a highly visible and strategic program within Amazon.
This is a chance to work in an innovative team, participating in operational excellence, system support, process and design that span the entire company. Come help build a world class product with Amazon's customer centric focus applied to the Merchant experience.

Responsibilities include:
-Assist with new merchant integration activities.
-Assist with investigation and root cause resolution for FBA Merchant and Fulfillment Center issues.
-Assist with the definition and design of improvements to software (tools), creation of standard operating procedures and processes for Amazon's Fulfillment Center Operations, Technical Account Management for Merchants (TAM) and Customer Service (CS) associates.

Basic Qualifications:
-Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
-A bias for action and an ability to deal with ambiguity. Can work effectively and drive change in loosely defined situations.
-Analytical and data gathering skills.
-Clear oral and written communication skills.
-Good English skill on both written and oral is a plus.

特别说明：
1、在校学生，专业不限，通过CET-4，2013年毕业；
2、实习时间保证至少每周4天，至少持续4个月。
3、工作地点：通州次渠（位于地铁亦庄线），公司提供班车。
