职位描述

招聘人数：1 人 

                    职位职责：
                        实习天数：3 天 / 周

                    
岗位职责:
The intern shall support team members in the following jobs :
1) Macro market knowledge development & management
- Monitor the macro environment to alarm impact of macro market environment change on company business
- Provide proactive macro study to identify new market or business opportunity
2) Competitive intelligence
- Monitor competitors activities, collect and manage competitive intelligence from diversified sources
- Conduct in-depth research or analysis on key competitors
3) Business analysis
Support in analysis on internal performance (portfolio, development, retention etc): design relevant analysis template, coordinate with other departments to collect and organize data, develop analysis tool and model, conduct analysis and present result
4) Internal reporting
Support in company internal reporting: coordinate with other departments to collect and validate their regular reports, consolidate and analyze business reports for top management
5) Database administration
Coordinate with other departments to manage database: qualify, create, modify, audit records in database to ensure a clean and correct database
6) Sales marketing support
Support BD in sales marketing on cross-BU / national level: find sales leads, research on large accounts, etc.
7) Project support
Participate in strategic planning, take part in business or strategic projects

任职要求:
- Master degree in China/Oversea TOP universities
- Good performance in both University and Social Activities
- Strong business knowledge in Strategy, Marketing & Management (major in Business related subjects)
- Good understanding of research methodologies
- IT literacy (good Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills + IT system understanding)
- Rigorous, well-organized and responsible
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral in international work environment
- Good fit to company culture (Service Spirit, Team Spirit, Spirit of Progress)
- At least 3-4days/week
