Description of the Position: 
The responsibility of the Brand Naming Junior Consultant includes Project Operation Execution
This job will provide an opportunity to experience various aspects of our work to maximize learning and growth, through a combination of active mentorship and granting increased responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities: 
	Project operation:
-	Perform and implement analysis independently , ensuring the accuracy of data
-	Conduct linguistic check consumer test, semiotic study, brand strategy development, etc and summarize key findings into a brief report
-	Operate project flow under supervision, including creation, screening, and testing, with a great sense of accountability for projects methodology and goals and in respect with time constraints Take control of the report quality and run final report to clients
-	Assist to orchestrate project details, such as scheduling interviews and meetings, corresponding with client, tracking project schedules, creating meeting agendas and taking detailed notes, etc.
-	Participate in discussions and interviews with clients.
-	Support other teams for cross department projects

Requested competencies:
	Background
-	Bachelor degree or above, major in Language, Marketing, Economics, Sociology, or related field is a plus
-	Fluency in English as well as Mandarin
	Execution Result &Performance
-	Proactively and strongly results-oriented, with attention to detail  
-	Good sense of branding thinking with innovation and systematic observation is a plus
