Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to incoming transactional B2B customer telephone calls and emails, actively listening to and understanding the customers’ needs.
2. Ensure the highest quality of service is provided at all times, with strict adherence to agreed service levels.
3. Client & Customer Management External - Manages key client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues or oversees relationship management with a group of more transactional clients and customers to ensure on going satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Data Management - Supports and enables others to use and benefit from existing data management systems.
5. Data Collection & Analysis - Produces accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting that data into standard formats.
6. External Communications - Executes a communications plan by working within established communication systems and procedures.
7. Finance Administration - Performs standard administrative data processing tasks e.g. invoicing, debt chasing
8. Solutions Analysis - Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and identify possible answers.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers both verbally and in writing.
2. Identifies and acts on opportunities to continually improve the customer experience.
3. Highly organised, logical and methodical approach to work with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Experience of dealing with large volumes of work under pressure to meet tight deadlines whilst dealing with competing priorities.
5. Demonstrate the ability to use their own initiative.
6. Strong research skills and the ability to apply knowledge and sound judgement.
7. A good team player able to show flexibility and adaptability in a fast moving environment.
8. Identifies and acts on opportunities to improve the customer experience.
9. Demonstrate and maintain a positive attitude for work and encourages others to do the same.
10. Proficient at Cantonese/Traditional Chinese, Mandarin/Simplified Chinese speaking, writing, listening and reading. Good spoken and written English is essential.
11. A professional approach with the ability to establish creditability quickly both across the organisation and externally.
