职位简述
1、完成本部门内后台支持工作，包括协助顾问对文件进行汇总、整理与归档；
2、协助顾问/部门经理办理外商投资企业设立、变更、并购、注销、重组等各类项目，积极有效 地和客户沟通，引领客户为每一步骤做好准备，并做好项目推进工作
3、协助法律顾问，负责起草简单的法律文件和准备申请文件
4、协助顾问/部门经理，对项目进行有效地跟进和信息的反馈
5、配合经理维护与政府部门的关系，完成文件提交等外联工作；
6、收集整理政策法规信息及行业内市场技术动态，协助部门汇总信息；
7、完成公司交给的其他任务。

Job Description:
1、Provide secretarial and administrative support to consultants, including general filing, preparation and archiving
2、Assist Senior Legal Consultant/Dept. Manager in projects such as start-up, modification, acquisition, 
deregistration and re-organization of foreign investment enterprises; proactively and efficiently communicate with customers; advise clients to be well prepared at each stage of projects; overlook project progress
3、Assist consultants draft general legal documents and prepare application files
4、Assist consultants/dept. manager in project follow-up and feedback.
5、Assist consultants/dept. manager in maintaining government relationship and complete general correspondence such as document submission;
6、Collect and archive legal and regulations, together with market trends, assist department in information sharing;
7、Other tasks assigned by the company

任职资格：
1、法律或英文专业，专科以上学历
2、1年以上相关工作经验
3、熟练地英语听、说、读、写能力，最好达到英语六级以上
4、知名律所或相关咨询公司从业背景，可以优先考虑
5、有较强的责任心，工作认真仔细，领悟力强
6、良好的团队精神，善于沟通。

1、Diploma in legal or English
2、Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
3、Fluent listening, spoken, reading and writing in English, CET-6 is preferable
4、Previous background in renowned legal firms or consulting firms is a plus
5、Excellent ownership and responsibility with carefulness and strong comprehension
6、Outstanding teamwork spirit and strong communication stills
