                    职位职责：
                        实习天数：4 天 / 周

                    
Responsibilities:
Provide network and desktop support to staff. 
Configure computer systems for new hires (Windows and Linux Ubuntu) 
Support IT communications issues with users. 
Configure and set up monitors, printers, fax, projectors 
Occasionally work outside of regular business hours to resolve urgent issues 
Coordinate with Admin Dept to purchase electronic equipment
Occasionally repair the electronic equipment with simple problem.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in using Windows or Linux operating system
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Good oral and written communication skills
IT Stuff purchase, in time & correct
Conversational English ability
Ability to prioritize and manage simple tasks
Ability to manage simple tasks by self
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly is a plus
Good customer service skills
Some study in Computer Science or IT certification is a plus

职位描述：
为员工提供及时网络和电脑的支持
为新员工配置计算机系统（Windows和Linux 的） 
支持IT与用户的沟通问题
及时准确的负责公司IT 设备的采购
装配显示器以及为电脑配置相应的打印机，传真机，投影仪 
偶尔需要解决正常工作时间以外的紧迫问题 
和行政部门协调购买电子产品
可以对办公室的电子产品进行简单维修

任职资格：
最少1年的使用Windows和Linux系统的经验
熟悉Office操作软件（如Word，EXCEL，POWERPOINT）
良好的口头和书面沟通技巧
良好的英语会话能力
能够安排任务的优先级以及管理简单的任务
能够快速的立即并解决技术问题者优先
能够自行解决一些简单的技术问题
良好的客户服务技巧
计算机及相关背景优先
