Job Context: The CIWE Employee is the person that creates and maintains CIWE material. In this role he/she: -Creates/maintain CIWE material -Creates/maintain templates for CIWE material He/she is accountable for D-ICT CIWE products He/she validates delivery price/quality. Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility 1. Add/change/delete information in the application ICT User Help and related applications like FAQ, Manuals, ARC and e-Learning 2. Create/change/delete e-Learning instruction movies. 3. Create/change/delete templates for ICT User Help and related applications and products. 4. Create/change/delete working instructions 5. Create (monthly) reports 6. Ensure that appropriate IT second line support is provided on all the applications provided by CIWE 7. Maintain CIWE sharepoint information 8. Develop classroom/telco training and open days and give this training either or in person or using the train the trainer principle 9. Make sure that CIWE material is translated correct and in time 10. Cooperate intensively with Corporate ICT Communication Office, project managers 11. Improve the services provided by CIWE 12. Present CIWE and yourself during DSM conferences 13. Be the sparring partner between CIWE and the business 14. Present CIWE related topics during international meetings Authorities 1. Distribution of (monthly) reports to the organization 2. Create/maintain/delete/CIWE products c) Projects or Special Assignments As an active member of the CIWE organization the CIWE employee might participate in global projects. SHE He/she observes the SHE regulations and fulfils a warning function when regulations are not met or when a dangerous situation occurs. Security He/she observes the Security regulations, takes care to be aware, trained and completed formal registration (e.g. Non Disclosure Agreement) and fulfils a warning function when regulations are not met or when an insecure situation occurs. Required level of experiences - Experience of working in a high profile, business facing role with a service delivery focus - Experienced in building relationships with business representatives in an international partnership, or alternatively in a corporate organization made up of several disparate business Groups - Working in ITIL and Prince2 oriented organizations(not necessary) - Working with data in multilingual environments; - Communicate with different roles (from manager to user) - MS Office Advanced and other ICT applications like PDF creator, Nero, MUI packs etc - Content management systems (f.i. Microsoft Sharepoint) - Excellent English language spoken and written - Setting up and providing e-learning and classroom training. - User communication and you can translate technical information in a way that non-experienced users understand the meaning. - Dealing with unforeseen situations
