职位职责： 实习天数：4 天 / 周

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Work with the sales engineers to generate quotes and conduct technical evaluations.
2.Generate contract and order documents.
3.Enter orders and generate booking summaries and relevant documents.
4.Follow-up on shipment and delivery status / Schedule for customer information.
5.Assist the sales engineer to handle customer calls and requests, especially when the sales engineers are not in the office.
6.Responsible for the monthly quotation log, contract log and necessary sales administration reports.

SCOPE
1.Assist the specified sales team of sales engineers, who have a combined booking order.
2.Interaction with EPM supervisory and mid-management level personnel and the order / contract administrator in factory.
3.Interaction with customers at engineer and mid-management level regarding delivery status, payment issues, ordering process, etc.

JOB COMPETENCIES
1.Mask automation instrumentation operation principle.
2.Must have strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
3.Team player willing to perform any duties to provide exceptional services to exceed customer expectations.
4.Outgoing, sociable and independent.
5.Work knowledge of computers.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant degree.
2.Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
