职位职责： 实习天数：3 天 / 周

Position role:
-   Capable of  multitasking and independent ability to completing routine testing using established methodology accurately, safely, and with high quality accurate documentation by target dates without requiring significant oversight for these tasks
-   Support interlab studies and method studies as directed for new methods or in order to improve methods
-  Capable and driven to learn and become very proficient in polymer tests (internal training, external training, vendor training)

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, rheological, microscopy, FT-IR, and Thermal
- Skills in technical report writing
- Operational skills in polymer physical testing

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  (Include 5 – 8 Major Activities)
- Bachelor  degree or equivalent with major in Chemistry/chemical related, Polymer background preferable
- Strong communication (written and verbal) both in English & Chinese and team player
- Initiative and willing to learn new things, Hardworking and creative thinking
- Demonstrated lab experience with strong safety performance.  Knowledge & skills & awareness of EHS issues
