                    职位职责:

                    
Job Responsibilities:
1  Provide reception services to all callers and visitors, answer telephones, screen calls and forward messages in a timely and professional manner. Answer routine correspondence and routes mail to the appropriate persons.
2  Provide travel arrangement to the Business Units/Teams without assistant. Reserve hotel, book air tickets and order stationery as required.
3  Check and verify monthly statements from the vendors, make payment request三 by the due date.
4  Keep and update attendance record.
5  Maintain and update all IMS China internal contact list timely and accurately by monthly.
6  Update office layout, new hires list for supervisor’s review by monthly.
7  Maintain office facilities and security, manage office door keys
8  Coordinate and arrange conference rooms for daily use. Ensure all the facilities in conference rooms are in good condition.
9  Assist with company events or activities, such as but not limited to company outing, employee activities, birthday party, and etc.
10  Research and obtain information for routine reports and special assignments.
11 Compile and analyze data and prepare reports for action.
12  Manage and supervise office cleaners.
l3  Other ad hoc tasks assigned by direct/department managers.

Job Requirements:
1 College degree or above
2  No work experience needed, but if have, it would be a good.
3  Good spoken and written English
4  Familiar with Word, Excel, Power point and other office software
5. At least 4 days a week. Long working period is preferred.
