Employee Service Intern Job Scope: Primary focus will be on the cafeteria service. Job scope includes but not limited to: • Customer relationship • Help to establish the communication channel and prompt café service • Conducts quality audit during weekend and night on an as needed basis Qualification: • Undergraduate at a university • The major should be Hotel Management /or Food & Beverage /or Nutrition • Basic knowledge in food hygiene • Fluent spoken English and good written English is required. CET 4+ is preferred • Excellent customer service attitude and skill
