                    职位职责：

                    
Job Description
1.Sales Support, creative materials collection, basic client communications with foreign clients
2.Collection of client materials and ensuring materials are ready in accordance with company and client deadlines
3.Coordinating with sales and design team for client material production
4.Communicate and follow-up on project requirements with external contractors
5.Communicate with foreign clients in English and providing occasional Chinese translation during the course of their work day
6.Coordinate meetings, travel plans, and other related activities 
7.Work with other internal staff to ensure that client materials are designed to the satisfaction of clients and in accordance with the company's internal requirements
8.Ensure the quality of work provided by outside suppliers such as translators, print shops etc. as related to the sales account managers requirements
