                    职位职责:
                        实习天数:3 天 / 周

                    
Responsibilities:
1.Track all learning systems and derive needed data for GSC AP all plants
2.Analyze data to identify trend and problematic areas
3.Cross-check data by system or by manual follow up with multiple parties o ensure data accuracy of training records
4.Support L&D solution director on assigned L&D projects
5.Other tasks assigned to support GSC HRBP or L&D operations

Requirements:
1.Good knowledge & experience of Microsoft Software , particularly in Excel, Powerpoint.
2.Good data sense and analytical skills 
3.Good communication skills in English (read and write is must, listening and speaking is a plus)
4.Potential to be a HR L&D professional in future is an advantage (people sense- willing to interact, help others to learn and grow, eager to learn and improve self)
