Responsibilities: 1. Handle Interns’ on-boarding and off-boarding check procedures; 2. Prepare entry package in advance ready for new employees; 3. Assist outside service to help employees with nonlocal registered permanent residence to apply for a residence permit matters; 4. Maintain and update employees’ file; 5. Check expats’ house rental fee and help the new employees to submit the expense of medical and archive. Requirements: 1. Profiency in Excel Skill; 2. Patient & detail-oriented personality; 3. A strong work ethic, initiative and motivation; 4. The ability to work well in a highly dynamic environment.
