职位职责： 实习天数：4 天 / 周

IQS是基于网络的售后报价工具。通过对各种维护项目计算成本和收入，为配件和服务业务提供标准化的报价方案。在整个寿命周期内，这种计算基于车型、设备使用环境、提供服务范围等信息。IQ专员的基本工作就是把定期保养计划、定期保养所需零件和零件包连同它们的使用寿命、其它服务信息等录入系统，以支持售后市场业务。

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES：
1 Prepare IQS parts data for Preventive Maintenance, Consumables and Safety Stock.
2 Audit IQS parts Life Cycle and Labor Hours with Technical Support team.
3 Prepare and load Serial Number BOM’s to IntelliQuoter web application.
4 Prepare Parts Consumption Plans for all Mining and Rock Excavation Service Division fleet.
5 Prepare Maintenance Plans and Maintenance Task Lists.
6 Support for rebuild kits and service exchange parts initiatives.
7 Perform other duties as required and assigned

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS：
The principal problem solving aspect of the position will quickly analyze technical parts issues and opportunities to provide appropriate solutions. This position requires interaction with Mining and Rock Excavation Service personnel, and other Divisional departments, in order to support Customer Centers and Dealers to prepare quotes for Preventive Maintenance Plans, Parts Only Plans, Fixed Price Jobs, Service Agreements and Extended Warranty Agreements.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE：
Professional Degree is preferred. Work experience,skills and product knowledege will be considered.
Special Knowledge, certification or License:
1 The position requires knowledge of Service BOM structures.
2 The position requires good computer skills, and knowledge of MS OFFICE.
3 Knowledge of ERP systems, BPCS, MOVEX, SAP, MFG PRO.

Work Experience (Minimum Required):
The position requires 3- 5 years experience in Technical Service, Technical Engineering, Heavy equipment Parts and Services, or extensive Manufacturing experience.
