Job Responsibilities: 1. Measure the delivered customer experience through quantitative and qualitative research, especially survey techniques 2. Close the loop with specific customers that report negative experiences 3. Build and share analysis of all collected feedback with relevant stakeholders throughout and at all levels of the organization 4, Ensure the customer experience improvement actions are launched and well managed by the relevant parts of the organization Job requirements: 1. Engaged in the study of or a customer-focused discipline such as Marketing, or in Business Administration 2. Junior (3rd year) students, 1st or 2nd year master students (graduate in 2004) 3. Exposure to customer experience management or market research techniques and technologies an advantage but not compulsory 4. Good command of English, both verbal and written 5. Good communication and team work 6. Work 3-4 days per week, at least 6 months Work location: No.3000 Longdong Road, Pudong, Shanghai We provide shuttle bus, lunch and salary.
