                    职位职责：
                        实习天数：4 天 / 周

                    
VMware is seeking talented Computer Science or Computer Engineering interns to join our Beijing ESX kernel networking team. Your duties will include:

• Research and study networking optimizer applications and solutions.
• Tuning Linux/Unix OS kernel for high-performance networking applications.
• Design and implement algorithm for data deduction.  
• Design and develop system prototypes.
• Do kernel networking development.

Requirements
• Majoring in Computer Science or related is required
• Able to work at least 3 days for 6 months or longer since 2012 March;
• Must have solid experience and knowledge in Linux kernel.
• Programming languages: C and C++
• Networking knowledge, familiarity with TCP/IP protocols.
• Self starter.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications and organization skills
