Working Location: Zhangjiang, Shanghai Job Purpose: Support HR Talent Management team for the recruitment process, and involve in some Employ Branding Project. Responsibility: 1. Cooperate with Share Service center to complete the intern hiring procedures in Henkel Asia Pacific Service Center. Including: Job posting; CV screening; Tele interviewing; Arrange interviews; Onboard material preparation 2. Involved in campus visits and other campus or intern related activities. 3. Support HR Talent Management team 4. Assist project based tasks while needed. Requirements: 1. At least 3 days per week. 3-month minimum duration. Longer is prefered; 2. Fluent language proficiency both in written and spoken English; 3. Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills; 4. Good command of Microsoft Office; 5. Well organized, structured and conceptual approach and analytical skills; 6. Initiative and willing to take responsibilities, good time & process management, ability to work with efficiency.
