职位职责： 实习天数：5 天 / 周

职位职责:
1.学习和熟练使用IBM Platform HPC/Technical Computing product包括 LSF family, Symphony, Map/Reduce解决方案，理解产品的设计文档；
2.在软件工程师的指导下进行单元测试；
3.在软件工程师的指导下修复缺陷；
4.在软件工程师的指导下进行解决方案项目开发；

人员要求:
1.计算机或者相关专业硕士研究生完成了第一年的课程学习，并且导师同意外出实习；
2.熟悉软件开发流程；
3.熟悉主流UNIX, Linux或者Windows任何一种平台系统开发及系统管理；
4.熟悉面向对象思想及程序设计
5.熟悉Java Portal开发及Web2.0技术
6.熟悉C, C++, Java, Java Script, shell script等基本语言；
7.有软件项目开发经验者优先
8.有集群，HPC, Grid, MapReduce相关知识或研究开发经验者优先
9.具有较强的学习和运用新知识的能力；
10.具有较强的沟通能力，团队合作精神和责任感；
11.具有良好的口头书面英语使用能力

Responsibilities:
1.Become knowledgeable and familiar with the IBM Platform HPC/Technical Computing product, including LSF family, Symphony and Map/Reduce solutions, understand the product's design;
2.Work on unit testing based on software engineer's guidelines;
3.Fix defects based on software engineer's guidelines;
4.Work on solution project development based on software engineer's guidelines;

Job Requirements:
1.Post Graduate student of Computer Science, Engineering or related field, with approval from his/her mentor
2.Familiar with software engineering, understands the methodology of software development;
3.Has development experience with at least one of the following: UNIX/Linux/Windows
4.Good understanding of the principles of Object Oriented software design
5.Familiar Portal development with Java and Web2.0 technology
6.Strong knowledge of C, C++, java, java script, shell script and software development methodologies
7.Experience in software development is a plus
8.Knowledge of Cluster management, HPC, Grid or Mapreduce is plus
9.Able to adopt new technology quickly;
10.Good communication skills including with oral and written English;
11.Good team work, serious about work, committed;
