职位描述
Job Responsibility 1. Responsible for daily recruitment activities which including job posting, resume screening, interview schedule, candidate interview and on-board preparation etc. 2. Assisting HR Manager to maintain and develops current recruitment channels. 3. Assisting HR Manager to establish training system and develop training channels.; 4. Assisting HR Manager on performance evaluation, probation evaluation. 5. Responsible for set up, maintain and update the personnel files to the database. 6. Help building positive employee relations. Support HR Manager to plan and organize company activities. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by HR Manager Requirements 1. University degree or above.Proficiency in English(Oral & Written); 2. 1-2 years related working experience; 3. Familiar with labor law and local labor laws, regulations and understand human resources system. 4. Proficient in using Microsoft office software (word, excel, ppt) 5. Good communication skill; strong sense of responsibility.
