Job description:
-          To promote InChina Training & Events ;
-          To identify market niche and marketing opportunities;
-          Key focus is on selling InChina Training corporate training courses to clients;
-          Business nurturing through networking with appropriate organizations;
-          Establish and enhance rapport with HR managers, project managers and HR consultants;
-          Maintain pro-active market intelligence for information sharing within the Sales Team;
-          In consultation with other key team members, ensure that client satisfaction is paramount

Accountabilities:
-          Deal with all clients in an honest and professional manner;
-          To attain minimum sales margin targets;
-          To achieve monthly sales target and other key performance measures;
-          Provide timely feedback to senior managers with respect to market opportunities and threats;
-          Provide Weekly Sales Activity & Target Action Plan Reports;
-          Update clients’ database & link all marketing information to whole team.
