                        实习天数：4 天 / 周

                    
The engineer will work in the EIM (enterprise Information Management) business solution.  EIM includes document management, business process management, web content management, knowledge management, enterprise search, etc. and delivery of ECM business and technical solutions.
Main Technology is java

岗位职责 / Job Responsibility
	Interviewing and working with customers to gather business needs and business drivers
	Work with Senior ECM consultant to define ECM solutions, business processes & information architectures, that will help to client to resolve business issues in the area of compliancy, efficiency, cost, growth etc
	Gather and document user requirements and specifications.
	Work with Senior ECM consultant in the project and training delivery

任职资格：
	计算机相关专业，研一研二在校生，有java编程项目经验。
	能保证每周4天或以上上班时间
	工作地点：朝阳区望京中环南路7号
	Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills in Chinese and English
	Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
	Ability to understand business processes and capture business problems
