Responsibilities

1. Write the product vision and roadmap
(1)Collect users needs internal/external linked to your product, understand/analyse/challenge them
(2)Define the product vision and value proposal and share it with all stakeholders users, dev team,…
(3)Co-write the product roadmap, share it, adapt it and manage its implementation
(4)Define the product business model, measure and maximise its value creation, integrating its whole lifecycle
(5)Co-define the product budget and commit to respecting it

2. Co-design the product following agile culture
(1)Represent / animate the user needs while ensuring the good level of understanding by the product team
(2)Co-write the user stories and explain them to the product team while emphasizing the purpose behind each need
(3)Sequence and prioritize user stories, evolutions, bug fixing and integration of technical debt reduction plan = build the product backlog functional and technical and make it visible
(4)Participate and be actor of the agile routines

3. Manage product evolution
(1)Check and validate that the product functionalities answer the users needs
(2)Check the impact of product evolutions on users behaviours and/or satisfaction
(3)Market your product and develop its users base sell your product
(4)Provide training/self-learning and support to the users
(5)Provide maintainability, evolutivity and reliability of your product
(6)Benchmark existing products on the market and in your product ecosystem

4. Be an actor of your product ecosystem 
(1)Be at the service of your product development team
(2)Be the key contact window between Users and the technical team
(3)Challenge the needs and demonstrate managerial courage towards users satisfaction
(4)Develop, through your posture, a collaborative working methodology, an environment of trust and responsibility among the product team
任职资格
1. Passion for sport, you like to enjoy sport with your teammates
2. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong sense of responsibility and drive for results
3. Recognized capacity to understand business needs, bring structure in a complex environment and lead action plans
4. You are a technology enthusiast, you care about how things work and you can successfully collaborate with technical experts
5. You are familiar with User Experience Research and Design techniques
6. You are familiar with new technical concepts in market trends middle-platform, micro-service, etc.
7. Experienced applying Agile methodologies and workflow, you are able to promote, setup and maintain Agile methodologies among the product team
8. Ability to perform data analysis and make data-driven decisions
9. Listening skills, empathy, team spirit, you care about your teammates and business partners
Negotiation skills, ability to find compromise and facilitate interactions
10. Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
11. Good documentation skills
12. You have at least 10 years of work experience and 3-5yrs as a Product Manager
13. Fluent in Chinese and English, ability to work in an international environment
