Major Accountabilities: · Manage Branch GM’s diary and provide the support to branch GM’s daily work, complete the tasks assigned by Branch GM as per request. · Perform receptionist role to maintain general office administration matters, including office facilities maintenance, meeting room management, ordering/stocking of stationery and office supplies, process administration related payment application. · Manage the access cards issuance and reconciliation, supervise cleaning and maintenance contractors. · Greet customers/ visitors, Answer and route telephone calls promptly, and address basic customer enquiries. Update Telephone list periodically. · Assist with staff business travel booking. Back up for compliance function to check regulatory systems and circulate, submit doc when it’s necessary. Position Requirements: Written and spoken Mandarin and English skills. Ability to liaise with all levels of staff and external clients. Organised. Attention to detail.
