职位职责： 实习天数：3 天 / 周

-Support the business matters, presentation materials preparation, management reports, meeting agenda as well as collating, preparing distributing minutes / other corporate documents.
-Diverse administrative & secretarial functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound judgment such as composing routine correspondence, organizing diaries (electronically on MS Outlook), and liaising with internal and external parties. Filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying and other office routine works.
-Coordinate regulatory submissions and filings.
-Coordinate, plan, and book travel arrangements (including flights, hotels, taxis, currency etc.) for a team with heavy travel schedules.
-Track work days, vacation days, and travel schedules electronically and manually.
-Preparation and/or assistance in creating presentations, charts/graphs, databases, spreadsheets, and materials for meetings on Microsoft PowerPoint and / or other platforms.
-Handle and assist all other assigned ad-hoc office administration / corporate / compliance / operations projects in a professional way and manners. This may require extensive liaison with all internal and external parties.
-Take ownership and self-initiative to liaise and follow-up with team members / other parties through to completion of assigned tasks.
