                    职位职责:

                    
Operation:
-Prepare expense vouchers and payment request following financial policies and SOWs.
-Responsible for foreign exchange settlement with SAFE and related banks.
-Tax filing and reporting with both local and state tax bureau.
-Update and maintain internal staff time and expense report

Client Service Support:
- Prepare service agreement for Client and Associate based on details provided by Client Service Director
-Collect time and expense report from consultants on a weekly basis prepare management report for regional director’s review
-Generate billing (invoice) and fapiao every two weeks and submit for Client Service Director’s approval
-Deliver the billing package to client by courier service
-Summarize the billing generated for the period and accrue for unbilled revenue
-Collect time and expense report from consultants on a weekly basis prepare management report for regional director’s review
-Assist client service on logistics for project execution, including but not limited to meetings, laptop, accommodation and transportation.
-Report on a weekly basis to new assignment (FTE report) to finance manager
-Update project profile in web-based project management system

Office Administration:
-Conduct yearly verification for certifications
- Business license
- Tax registrations
- Beijing Financial Bureau
- China SAFE
- Statistic Bureau
- Book air ticket and coordinate hoteling for director and consultant
- Collect invoice submitted by vendors and prepare payment request
- Purchase and manage office inventory, including stationary, drinking water, spare parts and etc.
- Renew business license, tax registration, business organization license and etc.
- Go to banks and tax bureau for operational routine
- Apply for working visa for expatriate employee
- Co-work with Corporate IT team for Beijing's IT supporting
- Coordinate IP Phone / Conference Call
- Renew and maintain office lease agreement
- Maintain office printer/server and renew the warranty plan

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 5-10 years working experience in admin related functions at a multinational company
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, details-minded and well-organized
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, capable of multi-tasking
- Good communications and interpersonal skills, team player
- Immediate available is highly preferred
