                    职位职责:
                        实习天数:3 天 / 周

                    
At Towers Watson, you can play an active role for supports to the whole office and will get involved into a lot of jobs with interpersonal communications for problem solving. Team spirit is to be explored and English language is commanded everyday in the company. If you like to think carefully before doing things, you can learn more by more important tasks given to you.
 
Responsibilities:            
1、General line phone calls/ screening trash phone calls. 
2、Conference room booking/Conf. call set up 
3、Hotel reservation/air ticket booking 
4、Host visitors/guide service provider: Answering the door and receive walk-in business related visitors, and to sign off afterwards. 
5、Name card: layout proofreading and send for printing 
6、Client Parcels & Mails: pick up and delivery 
7、Report& Proposal binding 
8、Complain vendors for poor service/mistakes 
9、Stationery order 
10、Coordinate with Landlord for services and distribute government notices to associates 
11、Admin reports:  OS related info./data collections 
12、Internal phone list update 
13、Photocopying, faxing, scanning, etc. 
14、Other Office Admin Jobs
 
Requirement:
1、Minimum Education Required:bachelor degree or above 
2、Good communication skills 
3、High efficiency in multi-tasks with timely feedback 
4、English language:  Good at reading/writing/listening/speaking 
5、Positive working attitude and stable in the working quality for routine jobs 
6、Responsible for job fulfillment 
7、Time keeper 
8、Team player 

Working time: 9:00am-6:00pm, 8 hours/day (1 hour for lunch), 3-4days/week 
Work period: 3 month

Work Location: 北京市朝阳区光华路甲1号北京嘉里中心南楼29层
