FBA Operations Analysis Intern

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support FBA Ops.  If you are detail oriented, sensitive to data and passionate on using data provide guidance to business, this might be a perfect opportunity for you get into real business world. You need to be familiar with SQL, Access, Excel some program languages and statistical tools. This individual will help our business analyst to produce various performance analyses and interact with national-wide operations team. We analyze a vast amount of information in order to provide accurate insights into our operations.
 
- Deliver performance reporting for management (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Automate the reporting of existing metrics and drive the development of new metrics.
- Participate in the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces.
- Investigate operational & financial discrepancies in order to gain resolution
- Check the suppliers receiving volume and trans payment (weekly, monthly)
- Audit and categorize the accounting record(monthly)
- Ad-hoc projects for a variety of initiatives.
 
Essential Functions:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other quantitative discipline
 
Essential Skills:
1 Outstanding attention to detail, problem solving, and analytical skills
2 Excellent written and spoken communication
3 Excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to present information in a professional and mature manner
4 Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
5 Understanding of Linux or Unix operations systems desired
6 SQL/Mysql/Oracle experience is a must
