Firm Description
China Solutions (www.chinasolutionsllc.com) is a Shanghai-based advisory firm that designs and implements legal and operational solutions for foreign direct investment projects in China and cross-border transactions involving Chinese counterparts.

The Position
We seek a native Chinese university student to provide wide-ranging support to a native English Manager. This is a four-month trainee position.

Key Skills
i)Eager to learn, work hard, think, and grow;
ii)Willing and able to follow instructions;
iii)Willing and able to identify problems, ask questions, and propose solutions;
iv)Clear written and spoken English;
v)Strong interpersonal skills;
vi)Comfortable working with numbers; and
vii)Well-organized, self-motivated, honest, and friendly.

Key Duties
i)Perform online- and telephone-research;
ii)Summarize research into reports and plans;
iii)Propose and implement plans and procedures;
iv)Support the development and maintenance of marketing channels;
v)Support the company’s financial record-keeping; and
vi)Perform a variety of other tasks that are essential to the efficient operation of the company.
