Recruiting Intern – Recruiting Coordinator On board date: 26th Mar, 2012, we are looking for full-time college students who are able to continuously work in Amazon AT LEAST 6 months AND 5 days per week. Longer term participants welcome! Work location: 28 F, Tower A, Ocean International Center, 56 East 4th Ring Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing This role is designed to help the recruiter in daily recruitment, including: Managing the overall recruiting scheduling process by using internal recruiting systems expertly, Making sure provide good candidate experience through coordinating with internal interviewers and candidates fast and courteously Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and interviewers including hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting system Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email Tracking recruiting activities, providing candidate status in a weekly report and maintaining relevant recruiting metrics. Coordinating the pre-interview kick off meetings and post-interview debrief meetings, Providing debrief materials Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency Conducting 1st phone screen to ascertain potential candidate as needed; Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed Requirements: Currently enrolled in a graduate program, in Human Resources, Labor Economics, International Business, Management related, and / or other related degree; Strong communication and writing skills (Both in Chinese & English), CET6 ; Fast Learner, detail-oriented, conscientious and team work spirit; Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point); Willing to have longtime development in Recruiting/HR field preferred; Strong time management skill; Proactive and able to work under pressure; At least 6 months internship and 5 days a week of full time. 人才招募实习生——招聘流程管理方向 2012年3月26日前上岗,每周工作5天,至少能实习6个月(必要条件) 工作地点:朝阳区东四环远洋国际中心A座 工作职责: 通过熟练使用招聘系统管理整体面试安排流程,通过快速合理地协调安排提供良好的候选人体验; 与候选人和面试人员(包括用人经理)密切合作协调安排面试。 更新招聘系统中的候选人信息和职位信息 通过电话或者邮件的形式向候选人提供面试进展的信息。 跟踪招聘活动进展,提供候选人状态报告,及维护其他相关招聘工作报表。 协调安排面试前讨论会和面试结果讨论会,准备相关材料 善于发现改善候选人体验和提高面试安排效率的机会。 按业务需要进行第一轮电话面试,确认候选人基本信息; 按业务需要支持其他招聘活动。 任职资格: 研究生在读,人力资源管理相关专业优先考虑; 英语六级及以上,具备良好的英语听说读写能力; 沟通能力强,有亲和力; 熟练操作微软OFFICE软件,特别是Outlook、WORD 和 EXCEL; 有志于在招聘或HR领域中发展的候选人优先考虑; 耐心、认真、细致,办事有条理; 具备优秀的管理时间能力; 积极肯干,能在压力下工作; 能确保每周五个工作日(周一到周五),至少能实习6个月。
