CSR Intern （客服实习生）

Located in Hongkong New World , Huai Hai ( Middle ) Road 

Report To China Supply Chain Manager 

Responsibilities:
Effectively and timely communication with customers, across leveraged services, overseas destination CSRs, warehousing personnel 
Work accurately within established procedural and practices to ensure the integrity of data in SAP R3 system
Provide customers/destination CSRs with up-to-date stock information for all enquiries and spin schedule changes related to single yarns
Work with site planner for product availabilities and provide customers/destination CSRs with up-to-date product information for firm orders related to processed yarn
Enter and monitor sales orders for the account of ShanHua/Interface CN, transit orders from INVISTA TH, intercompany POs from EU/ANZ to ensure accurate order processing, accurate order communications with site planner
Work with Logistics on delivery plan and monitor delivery performance to ensure the delivery of products is in accordance with customer's/destination CSR's required schedule/request
Work with credit team/CN sales team to achieve no overdue for the account of ShanHua/Interface CN
Maintain accurate fillings to align with CSR RIM requirements
