  • 销售行政专员/助理
招聘人数：1 人 

                    职位职责：
                        实习天数：4 天 / 周

                    
Major responsibilities
1.Collect, update and manage market information and client database.
2.Maintain and manage internal materials sharing with sales, including provider network and typical/compliment case study, etc.
3.Consolidate sales activity reports and submit to management on time periodically.
4.Standard proposal, tender document, and contract preparation.
5.Internal Contracting process management and Contract Implementation coordination.
6.Assist BD manager to follow up after-sales job such as complaint handling, bill reconciliation, joint marketing promotion, service report and service process enhancement.
7.Revenue recognition and sales target attainment tracking, in consistency with APac region.
8.Sales expenses and budget tracking, reporting to Sales Manager.
9.Other administrative jobs to support Sales team efficiency.

主要职责：
1.收集、更新并管理外部市场信息和客户信息
2.维护和管理用于辅助销售的内部共享信息，包括网络数据和典型/表扬案件的案例分析等
3.汇总整理各类销售报告并定期按时呈报管理层
4.标准企划书、投标文件及合同等文件的准备
5.合同签署的内部流程管理及合同实施的协作工作
6.协助销售经理跟进已有项目的售后服务，包括：日常投诉处理、对账及结算、市场推广支持、服务报告、流程优化等
7.销售业务收入和销售目标达成状况的确认和跟踪，并与亚太区保持一致
8.销售费用与预算跟踪，并汇报销售经理
