                    职位职责：
                        实习天数：5 天 / 周

                    
Responsibilities:
· The responsibilities consist of a variety of tasks at an airport involving customer contact and data statistics duties.
· Assignments consist of work in the ticket counter including lobby; First & Business class lounges. As described generally below, the position inquires a combination of communication, record, analysis and calculation capabilities (e.g. talks with customers, understands what customers think, data collection and analysis, and report writing).
· A staff who possesses or obtains a language qualification may be required to use such qualification in the course of their duties.

Requirements:
-  Feel comfortable to engage people.
-  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-  Self motivated and able to perform independently
-  Fluency in both written and spoken English is required
-  Ability to complete the survey in a way that doesn't disturb guests too much.
-  Having a good EQ to read what customer thinks.
