                    职位职责:
                        实习天数:4 天 / 周

                    
Job Description: 
1.Participate in the office daily operation administration work together with the whole admin team of ThomsonReuters Beijing Operational Center.  
2.Mainly responsible for arrangement for new comers to the site,including personal information collection of new joiners, accounts application, equipment purchase, communication with HR & team managers to confirm necessary infomation and make sure the records is clear and up to date on a weekly basis   
3.Responsible for coordinating with all kinds of software and hardware vendors on purchase delivery status   
4.Participate and support site wise activities like townhall, annual party, social club, etc. under supervision from experienced administrator   
5.Analyzing simple data and running report, do some translation work  
    
Desired Experience/Skills: 
1.Can work as an intern for at least 6 months  
2.Excel skill, Good verbal and writing skills in English, English major preferred  
3.Good team work spirit   
4.Willing to grow through a period of tedious daily operation work   
5.Ability to work and communicate in a multinational people work environment  
6.Can work proactively, take accountability and fulfill commitment
