岗位职责: 1、执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程及制度的落实; 2、协助上级主管展开员工招聘工作; 岗位要求: 1、专科以上学历,在校学生。可以连续实习半年。 2、熟悉人事工作流程与渠道,具备较强的沟通协调能力及独立解决问题的能力,工作细心,耐心有条理性,具有亲和力; 3、具备高度的责任心,敬业精神及团队合作意识,能承受一定的工作压力。 4、有相关行业工作经验者优先。 5、每周可以提供3-4天的工作时间。
