                    职位职责：
                        实习天数：3 天 / 周

                    
Position Title: Procurement Intern
BU/Function: Cargill Strategic Sourcing
Working Location/Vacancy: Huaihai (Middle) Rd, Shanghai/1

Principal Accountabilities
1. Exploring requested data from various resource channels
2. Coordinate admin work for regional meeting, training, conference and seminar
3. Provide support to travel arrangements and make travel expense reports for CSS Shanghai management team 
4. Assist to prepare reports, presentation, spreadsheet and filing if requested
5. Others if needed

Position Requirements
1. Detail-oriented, accountable, proactive working attitude
2. Good command of reading and written English. 
3. Proven communication and coordination skills
4. Be good commander of excel, PowerPoint.
5. Can ensure at least 2 days per week of attendance and half an year internship
