Main responsibilities: 1.Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement with candidates, hiri ng managers, recruiters, and other interviewers 2.Arrange interview time for candidates 3.Maintain Interview Recording System 4.Perform candidates CVs collecting and screening 5.Job posting internally and externally 6.Communicate effectively with external recruitment vendors, keep track on vendors performance 7.Assist offer officers 8.Participate in recruitment related project as an assistant Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree or above. 2. Gook Microsoft office skill (word, excel, power point, etc) 3. Have a good administrative skills and knowledge of website establishment and processes. 4. fluent in spoken and written English. 5.
