Position :Online Intern

Reporting to:Online Manager
Location:Shanghai

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bring and interpret the digital trends to implement to daily works. Team work with online managers/stakeholders to execute the online marketing strategy, both to maximize online sales across all ecommerce channels, and to increase online Brand awareness.
Executive the online programs for the site and maintain the ELC digital platforms.
The candidate can serve one or multiple brands based on the expertise and capability.

PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES:
A. Business Data Analysis Support
Collect the business data and support to analysis of sales, site performance, email campaigns and marketing programs
B. Best Case Study Consolidation & Sharing
Industry best case study consolidation: to work independently to consolidate the digital best case study on specific digital topic then conduct the sharing session with team.
C. Website Operation Effectiveness.
Execute the digital communications project for site performance growth, retention & conversion.
Effectively work independently / with agency to maintain the e-commerce and digital platforms.
D. Digital Trends and Team work Spirit.
Bring, share and develop the digital knowledge with teams and the company

QUALIFICTIONS:
Bachelor (Junior) or Master (Sophomore) in Internet Technology, Marketing, Management, Finance or others
Can work at least four days a week
Fluent in English
