职位职责： 实习天数：3 天 / 周

Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed targets of the sub-project or work package (contents, time limit, costs)
- Structure, plan and conduct the work package or sub-project in consultation with project leaders and project managers
- Verify constraints of the work package and discuss solution with project leaders and project managers
- Present and report in written form the sub-project or work package status and project progress/maturity regularly
- Conduct conversation and moderate meetings
- Identifies priorities for achieving objectives of the work package or sub-project and Converts plans into clear actions
- Lesson learned with best practices to the rest of project team and provides timely feedback to project managers and project leaders
- Sets a high standard for quality

Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor degree， major in mechanical engineering or finance related
- Basic knowledge of project management and financial preferred
- Fluent English, German preferred
- Good at MS- Excel and Powerpoint
- Open minded, good at communication
- Analytical and logical thinking

要求如下：
- 要求一周能工作3～5天(不包括周末), 9月份升大四的学生。
- 非暑假实习，需近期上岗，能较稳定、长期的实习，未来有机会转正。
- 本工作地点在嘉定安亭，公司目前提供市区（中山公园、松江大学城、五角场-广粤路、莘庄、梅陇、龙阳路、金桥、嘉定、太仓、昆山、苏州等方向）上下班车和免费午餐。
