职位职责： 实习天数：4 天 / 周

Responsibilities 工作内容:
1-Collect and summarize market information for the use of trade marketing and marketing strategy.
根据市场策略，收集和整理市场信息；
2-Contact with customers to collect and analyze the market information and feedback;
与客户保持联系，收集分析市场反馈；
3-Report writing based on the information collected;
根据收集的市场信息撰写报告；
4-Logistic coordination for foreign visitors, such as invitation letters, pick up and departure, local transportation, hotel reservation, meal etc.
国外访客的接待安排；如邀请函准备，接机送机，市内交通，酒店预定等；
5-Office administration, such as office stationary and equipment maintenance, filling payment forms, vendor  management, etc.
办公室管理；如文具采购，零件采购，仪器设备维护，发票请款等；
6-Coordinate on board process for new hires, such as preparing laptop, work bench setup, IT training, telephone, network etc.
协助HR完成新员工入职准备工作，及新员工入职流程跟进；
7-Assist to organize company activities; facilitate all kinds of meetings; monitor small decoration projects; develop proper solutions for office safety issues etc.
协助组织公司及部门各类活动；支持各类会议；参与实验室管理等；
8-Other duties assigned;
其他任务。

Requirements：
1、Ongoing university student with bachelor degree or above;
在读学生，研一和保研学生为佳，环境工程相关专业为佳；
2、Excellent English skill in writing and speaking, above CET-6;
英语读写无障碍，口语好为佳；
3、Proficient in PC skills especially Microsoft Office;
熟悉Excel和PPT办公软件；
4、Good interpersonal skills; passionate and strong ownership; detail oriented;
较好的沟通交流能力；细心稳重，有责任心；
5、Must be able to work at least 3 full days per week, 5 days preferred;
每周保证3天以上。
