职位描述
岗位职责: Main Responsibilities: 1. Conduct hiring process coordination from resume screening, all rounds interview arrangement till new hire on-boarding according to relevant standards with a high quality. 2. Update corresponding recruiting records and assist in generating recruiting reports accurately and timely. 3. Coordinate with recruitment advertisement plan & posting, design relevant recruiting marketing materials, assist supervisor to manage and develop new recruiting channels in maintaining a steady supply to meet the new-hire demands. 4. Participate in departmental or company-wide projects/activities. Classify and collate relevant materials and provide suggestions. 任职资格: Requirements: 1. Internship Period: at least 3 months, half a year is preferred. (面向研一、研二及大三的在校生) 2. Quick learner, patient and detail oriented. 3. Good communication skills, can work independently and in a team as well. 4. Good in operating Windows and MS Office. 5. Good written English skills. English majors are preferred. 6. Good time management skill.
