Job Title: HR Intern
Reporting To: Human Resources Manager

Pre-tax Salary: 2,500 Yuan
Start date: Immediately
Contract type: 3-month intern contract

Position Duties and Responsibilities
1、Support on recruitment job:
 ·Post job ad on external job websites:Zhaopin.com.
 ·Screen job candidates based on the pre-agreed selection criteria.
 ·Conduct telephone interview, and update candidate status and tracking list.
 ·Arrange  interviews  and  tests  by  coordinating with  candidates,
 ·Push interview feedback from interviewers.
 ·Regularly update recruitment database.
2、Support offer and labour contract related documentations preparation and employee personal file management.
3、Coordinate with new employee’s entry arrangement, including offer signing, physical check, etc.
Take charge of other HR function work and certain ad hoc tasks.

Position Requirements
- Functional/Technical Skills
.MS Office Package (Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint)
.Excellent English language competence and fluency in English and Mandarin for both written and verbal.
 .Strong people and communication skills: effective and persuasive in both written and oral communication
 .Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise work, multi-task across many assignments/activities
 .Detail-orientated and conscientious personalities are a must
 .Great passion and interests for HR work, at least 4 working days per week.

 .Student in Human Resource Management and etc.
