职位职责： 实习天数：3 天 / 周

工作地点：徐汇区肇嘉浜路798号坤阳大厦301室

Responsibilities:
§ Design and search for the candidates/leads?§ To assist specifying the ideal profile when the Assignment Summary is made
§ To actively identify, research and organize participation at conference, events, activities, exhibition related to target candidates/leads
§ To search candidates/leads through internet, cold call and networks
§ To input, classify and document the information of candidates/leads, develop candidate/leads database on the daily basis.
§ To call candidates and inquire their interest after the screen of candidates list
§ To call leads and inquire their interest in the product/service featured in the marketing campaign
§ To make the interview schedule and make sure the presence of candidates
§ To give the summary of the first-round interview feedback
§ To give simple response to non selected candidates after first round interview/test by phone call or email
§ To control the search process to the schedule and close the search assignment
§ Manage Internet job positing, and initial CV screening, as well act as a coordinator between Recruiting manager/Consultants and external candidates regarding interview schedule, feedback collection, and communication with the candidates during the interview process
§ Measures and report key recruiting metrics to Recruiting Manager for the purpose of managing recruiting effectiveness and educating clients.?
§ Identify ways to ensure that applicants to PTL Group are treated in a professional and consistent manner, maintaining and improving upon the company's image and reputation, even when candidates are rejected.

人员要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，英语、人力资源管理、心理学专业优先考虑；
2、英语听说读写能力熟练。
