JOBSUMMARY岗位综述 
* 
基于发动机原理和机械工程等的基本知识,在产品生命周期内,对发动机子系统(包括本体、曲柄连杆机构、进排气系统、冷却润滑系统等)新产品和当前产品的结构和模态进行CAE仿真分析和优化,支持新产品开发及现有产品改进项目,并与其他工程团队进行有效合作。
* 
Applies basic knowledge of engineering principles and practice ofCAE analysis for new and current products/subsystems through the product lifecycleincluding BE, PC&CRG, Air handling, Lube & Cooling etc.. Workseffectively with other engineering disciplines and cross-functional teams.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES岗位关键职责 
* 
在设计阶段,负责发动机子零件的CAE仿真分析和优化,撰写CAE分析报告并归档,并负责对不合格项提出解决方案或改进建议,以达到预定的分析目标。
* 
In the design stage, to be responsible for CAE simulation analysisand optimization of engine parts, wrote CAE analysis report and filed, and put forwardsolutions or improvement Suggestions for nonconforming items to achieve thepredetermined analysis objectives.
* 
结合CAE分析结果,支持设计者对子零件设计的风险评估、管控和方案认可,并负责按照项目各节点的要求提交CAE分析交付物。
* 
Combined with CAE analysis results, support the designers risk assessment,control and scheme approval of sub-part design, and be responsible forsubmitting CAE analysis deliverables according to the requirements of each nodeof the project.
* 
协助领导进行CAE分析方向的能力建设,包括CAE分析和规范,CAE分析数据库的建立,负责本专业重点难点问题解决以及Lesson Learn的管控,负责本专业相关培训文件的编制等
* 
Assist DL in capacity building of CAE analysis direction, includingCAE analysis and specification, establishment of CAE analysis database,responsible for solving key and difficult problems of this major, control ofLesson learning, responsible for compiling relevant training documents of thismajor, etc.
Qualification & Experience
* 
汽车发动机、机械设计等相关专业毕业,熟悉汽车发动机产品结构及其相关原理。
* 
Graduate in automobile engine, mechanical design, etc., familiarwith structure of automobile engine products and relevant test verificationspecifications.
* 
能熟练使用ANASYS、Matlab等相关CAE分析软件。具有Cero等三维CAD软件的使用经验。
* 
Proficient in using CAE analysis software such as ANASYS.Have theexperience of CATIA and other 3D CAD software.
* 
产品问题解决 - 使用保护客户的流程解决产品问题;确定非随机原因;实施完善、基于数据的解决方案;并确定系统根本原因和建议采取的行动,防止问题再次发生。
* 
Product Problem Solving - Solves product problems using a processthat protects the customer; determines the assignable cause; implements robust,data-based solutions; and identifies the systemic root causes and recommendedactions to prevent problem reoccurrence.
