                    职位职责:

                    
Localization Program Manager plans, executes and is accountable for high quality and on-time delivery of localization projects to stakeholders. The projects are software and marketing focused and vary in size and complexity. Localization Program Manager is responsible for managing all phases of localization projects which includes requirements definition, scheduling and monitoring progress of projects, proactively identifying and resolving issues with the Language Service Providers and clearly communicating project status to a wide range of stakeholders. This role helps drive increased volumes of localized assets while defining operational efficiencies and serves as one of the enablers to grow and solidify Dell’s global market share.

Responsibilities
•	Analyses and evaluates source materials for localization projects. Prepares instructions to Language Services Providers (LSPs) and holds kick-off meetings.
•	Develops and monitors schedules for localization projects. Collaborates with global stakeholders on schedule dependencies and resolves scheduling conflicts across all providers involved.
•	Sets expectations, negotiates deadlines with LSPs and stakeholders; communicates project status to stakeholders. Actively resolves schedule conflicts.
•	Arranges final quality check, ensures final localization requirements are met and delivers the localized materials to stakeholders. Provides feedback around QA process optimization.
•	Ensures LSPs adhere to the Service Level Agreement. Logs performance issues in a timely manner. Organizes and leads post-project reviews with LSPs.
•	Forecasts, tracks and reports budget for assigned programs with minimal management support. Communicates and explains cost elements to stakeholders.
•	Helps support process changes to refine and optimize localization program management.
•	Understands Dell localization requirements, tools and best practices and is able to relay these to stakeholders. Contributes to process documentation.

Essential Requirements
•	2+ years of relative experience
•	Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
•	Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and time-management skills
•	Excellent written and verbal English skills
•	Ability to work productively with remote teams in different time zones
•	Proven ability to quickly learn and utilize new tools, applications, and other new technical information
•	Ability to identify project issues and drive issues to closure
•	Understanding of product release cycles, and document production requirements to effectively manage schedules and deliverables
•	Understanding of business readiness and field requirements, including knowledge of marketing campaign processes, launches, and website lifecycles
•	Knowledge of HTML/XML, Office suite, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Project, Translation Management tools, machine translation

Education Requirements
•	Bachelors or equivalent

Desirable requirements
•	Proven Project / Program Management certifications
