招聘人数：1 人 

                    职位职责：
                        实习天数：3 天 / 周

                    
要求大三同学，至少每周能工作3个工作日，4天及以上者更佳。
会计或财务管理相关专业。

Major Responsibilities:
1 Examine/review staff reimbursement and vendors payment request
2 Input payment order via CITI bank on line
3 Prepare all payment voucher
4 Bank Reconciliation
5 Expense tracking and monitor as well as provide report to operation team function head if needed
6 Issue sales invoice to customer and make record by customer by project
7 Invoice management and reconciliation with GL Finance by project
8 Prepare receiving voucher (exclude accounting receivables part)
9 To conduct site inspection for fixed assets and leased equipment & facilities
10 In charge of registration of PA
11 Documentation and filing of PA, Vendor contract,
12 Financial documents filling monthly basis.
13 Other work assigned by Finance Leader

Requirement：
1 Dedicated Performer;
2 Good inter-personal skill;
3 Some experience in field of Accounting and Finance;
4 Good command in English
5 University Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or Auditing
6 Familiar with Oracle System
