职位职责： 实习天数：4 天 / 周

Job Duties and Responsibilities for Casher: 
-To monitor expenses calculation and checking with NOV and local accounting policy on cashier's functions.
-Effect cash/bank payment to internal and external vendor upon management authorities and approvals.
-Effect cash/bank payment to company staff for expenses reimbursement upon management authorities and approvals.
-Petty Cash /checkbook / web banking management etc., checking with actual everyday.
-Completing the every record of cash and check receipts and expenditures in the cash journal and bank journal and other relevant working.
-Passing vouchers timely and safely to accountant for bookkeeping.
-Keeping and filing accounting vouchers when accountant finished booking, which including raw vouchers, cash and bank records, all relevant attachments, evidences and receipts, disbursement, deposit, and withdraw of cash, etc.
-Carry back the bank statement from the bank for preparing the bank reconciliation statement and consult business tractions with the bank account respectively. 
-Daily report for every bank / Cash transaction and account balance.
-FCPA report for each division.
-Assisting accountant to do basic reports as required.
-To co-ordinate with team members on job allocation to ensure no backlog in particular area hindering the smooth workflow of the division. 
-Maintain good relationship with bankers. 
-Answer payment questions including phone call.
-Ad hoc working.
